All students are required to keep an E-Value patient log during their Clerkship, and it must be completed by the end of your Clerkship. The purpose of the E-Value patient log is to document the variety of patient problems our students encounter.  Please document all inpatient and outpatient encounters in the log.  No student will be allowed to take their exam until this log is completed.
