Family and Community Medicine provides primary care to people of all ages, from children to adults to elderly members of the family. The family medicine physician has completed training in almost every aspect of medicine.

Services offered include:

preventive medicine services
women's health
nurse practitioners
sports medicine
adult medicine
pediatric care

Outpatient care is performed at the Family Practice Center (FPC), Southside, and several health centers throughout Birmingham and surrounding communities.
