Eye care is provided on a fee for service basis. It is not always possible to say exactly what an eye examination will cost since it will vary depending on what procedures must be performed.
We accept many, but not all, insurance plans. If you do not have insurance or, if your eye care is not covered by your insurance, you may pay by cash, check or credit card. Payroll deduction is available if you are a UAB employee.
