How to Apply

To apply to UAB, submit:

• a completed UAB application and the appropriate application fee
• your official high school transcript (mailed directly to UAB by the high school)
• your official ACT/SAT score report

To obtain an undergraduate admission application:

• Fill Out an Information Request to Obtain an Application by Mail
