The UAB National Alumni Society provides more than $450,000 in scholarship funds to well deserving students each year. The society is very proud to offer much-needed scholarship assistance to incoming freshman, transfer students, graduate students, upperclassmen and international students. Increasing NAS scholarships is an important goal of the UAB National Alumni Society, as it allows us to assist UAB students who will later become future alumni. We have great momentum in this area and plan to continue to increase the number of scholarships we offer each year.

Alys Robinson Stephens Performing Arts Scholarship

For students who are talented performing artists.

Distinguished Alumni Scholarship

For students attending the school of the current year's recipient of the National Alumni Society's Distinguished Alumni Award.

Dr. Charles A. McCallum International Scholarship

For students who are citizens of Taiwan or Thailand.

Joseph F. Volker Alumni Scholarship

For students who excel academically and demonstrate campus leadership.

License to Learn Scholarship

For Alabama students in need of financial assistance who excel academically.
