Health Professions Academic Advisor Michael Radden, M.A., was recently recognized as the New Advisor of the Year by The UAB Committee on Academic Advising. Michael continually looks for ways to promote the success of all students. His leadership of the SHP SGA, involvement with various committees and recruitment activities demonstrates his high level of commitment and determination. Bernard Harris, Director of Student Services said, “Both the quantity and quality of academic advisement at SHP have been greatly enhanced by Michael’s addition to the Office of Student Services.” Michael has been advising SHP students since June 2004.
