The Department of Occupational Therapy offers innovative graduate programs for students interested in becoming occupational therapists or looking to advance their existing occupational therapy careers.

Students choose from two masters programs or a low vision rehabilitation graduate certificate, the only one of its kind in the country. Our graduates post board pass rates consistently above the national average and become experts and leaders in the field. The UAB Occupational Therapy program is ranked 17th in the nation by U.S. News and World Report in its annual "Best Graduate Schools" edition.
