Qualified students can earn the Master of Science in Health Administration (M.S.H.A.) by completing the M.S.H.A. Executive Program. This program is open to those with at least five years of experience either as managers or as clinical professionals in health care organizations, and who meet the other requirements for admission to the Master of Science in Health Administration Program. Participants in the Executive M.S.H.A. Program complete both on-campus and distance learning activities and a brief field experience within two years of study.
Accreditation: The executive program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education.
Credentials Conferred: Diploma—The Master of Science in Health Administration degree is awarded by the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
