Areas of Interest: Pulmonary Physiology, Mathematical Modeling of Physiologic Systems, Mechanical Ventilation, Pulmonary Function Testing, Pharmacokinetic Modeling. Webmaster for Respiratory Therapy Web Pages.

Dr. Granger is also a Scientist in the UAB Minority Health Research Center (MHRC) and currently involved in Mathematical Modeling of Insulin/C-Peptide/Glucose Kinetics for several research studies in the SHP Department of Nutrition.
