The mission of the Nurse Anesthesia Program is to educate students in the art and science of nurse anesthesiology. The anesthesia education provides the student with the knowledge of the theoretical and clinical aspects of anesthesia.
The faculty strives to graduate nurse anesthetists who can provide excellent anesthesia care for patients. In addition to educating students, the faculty attempts to be a scholarly resource for the School of Health Related Professions, the community, and the profession of nurse anesthesia.
