Phillip joined the UAB School of Nurse Anesthesia faculty as an assistant professor June, 2005. All of his academic degrees were obtained from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. After practicing nurse anesthesia for over 25 years in all types of settings, he is excited about preparing the next generation of practitioners. Phillip has served as a board member for the state association and presently reviews manuscripts for the AANA Journal.
