CWA Training
The University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Workplace Safety Training Program is proud to partner with the CWA to provide training to its members. Funding for training and curriculum is provided by cooperative agreement from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS).
Hazardous Materials Training for CWA Members
A 2-day Awareness Level Train-the-Trainer Course plus a Trainer Support Network that will provide access to a variety of training tools, course materials, and helpful information related to hazardous materials and emergency response. All designed to prepare CWA members as peer trainers to train their fellow members about hazardous materials and other related health and savety issues.
