Why Train Workers?

Training saves lives. In our refresher courses, we frequently hear stories of how a trained worker protected another worker from a disabling or fatal accident or
exposure.
Federal and state regulatory agencies require it. If someone dies or is injured, training records are one of the first things
examined.

Training is effective. A survey of former trainees of
UAB CLEAR Workplace Safety Training found that the vast majority of them attributed safer behaviors to having attended WST training. Read the results of the survey here.
Training saves money. In times of keen competition and low profit
margins, loss control may contribute more to profits than
an organization's best sales people.
