UAB has two types of calling plans with multiple options in America Choice plans with Verizon Wireless.

Choose the type of plan that helps you totally eliminate roaming and long distance charges based on how you will use your phone:

1. America's Choice Flat Rate Plan -- Use less than 200 minutes per month calling only from the Verizon Network. Pay for the minutes you use plus $9.99 per month.

2. America's Choice -- If you use more than 200 minutes per month, one of these plans is more cost effective. There are no roaming charges on new America's Choice Plans.
