WBHM-FM/Alabama Radio Reading Service
(ARRS) WBHM, 90.3 FM is Birmingham's only full-service public radio
station. The station provides public radio programming, including
news and information, classical music and variety, twenty-four hours
a day, seven days a week. The Alabama Radio Reading Service provides
a special statewide service for print-handicapped Alabamians. This
involves reading newspapers, books, and magazines, as well as
providing specialized information programs geared toward
