Your initial visit will include registration, a review of your problem, a review of your medical history, and an examination. Our physicians will order radiographs and lab tests if they are necessary. Prior to your initial visit, please have any medical records or radiographs related to your existing problem forwarded to our office. Also, bring all medications you are currently taking.

In most situations your initial visit will be a consultation visit. If surgery is indicated, it will be scheduled accordingly. We utilize anesthesia in most minor surgical procedures. You will receive instructions regarding anesthesia during your consultation visit. When anesthesia is used, a responsible adult must be present during your surgery to escort you home.

Patients are required to present their medical and dental insurance cards as well as their driver's license.
