The oral and facial surgery clinics are located in Hoover and in UAB’s medical center district. The Hoover Clinic is located just beneath the UAB Hoover Health Center. It is in the Lake Crest Centre at 2321 John Hawkins Parkway (Highway 150). This location provides the world-renowned expertise, care, and compassion you have come to expect from UAB, all conveniently located close to home. Parking is available in front of the building.

The medical center clinic is located on the first floor of The Kirklin Clinic at UAB, which is located at 2000 6th Avenue South on the UAB campus. The Kirklin Clinic is a five-story complex that brings together nearly every aspect of UAB’s patient care under one roof. From advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities to space for more than 700 physicians in more than 30 medical specialties, you will find all the resources that enable UAB to provide you with comprehensive care.

Parking is available in a convenient, weatherproof deck on the corner of 6th Avenue South and Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard (enter from 6th Avenue South). Parking fees are determined by the time your care spends in the deck. Valet parking is also available on the second level of the deck. Patients needing information or escort services will find an information booth in the lobby on the deck’s second level. An enclosed sky bridge connects the second level of the deck to the second floor of The Kirklin Clinic.
