Donna Ammons, RN Charts progress of BMT Out-patients

The award winning "single staff model" for care developed by the UAB BMT Program provides for 24 hr. per day, 7 day per week care for all of the inpatient and outpatient needs of BMT patients using a single team of expert nurses, Physicians, Pharmacists and a full time social worker.

BMT Out-Patient James Baker Receives care from the BMT Out-Patient Team

James Baker is a "matched un-related donor patient" who is doing well after his BMT transplant which occurred 180 days ago. James receives follow-up treatment on the BMT Unit and will soon be referred back to his primary care physician.
