Business & Auxiliary Services coordinates non-educational and general business services that contribute and relate directly to the mission, goals, and objectives of UAB. Some of these services are provided to departments and employees for a fee, and others are provided at no cost.
Services provided at no cost as part of the mission of this organization are Campus Ride, Campus Escort, MARS (Motorist Assisted Road Service), Post Office, Real Estate, and Shipping and Receiving.
The fee-for-service business lines are Bartow Arena Operations, Automotive Services, Bulk Mail, Car Rental, Copy Services, Gas Cylinder Operations, Moving Services, Parking and Transportation Services, Physical Security, Printing Services, Radio Paging, Travel Services, and Warehouse Services.
