UAB senior officers recognize the value of a diverse supplier base and its economic impact on the city of Birmingham, Jefferson County and the State of Alabama.
UAB has developed a Supplier Diversity Program to ensure that all UAB employees seek new supplier sources to fulfill business opportunities and to ensure firms are given the opportunity to compete for these business opportunities here at the university.
