Single-Visit Option for UAB Students
All UAB students not currently enrolled in the Student Health Plan may now pay a $30 single-visit fee for provider services at the Student Health clinic. This single-visit option provides an alternative to the $90 fee/semester Student Health Plan for UAB students not currently required to enroll. The Student Health Clinic provides preventive and acute primary care, injury care, minor office surgery, women's health, mental health and nursing care visits. The single-visit charge may be billed to UAB student accounts. Separate fees for labs or testing will be billed to students or their insurance company. Please call 205-996-2589 for more information.
