We keep track of official academic records, including:
- registration
- grades
- transcripts
- contact information
- graduation processing for all UAB undergraduate students
(Graduate students are processed through the Graduate School, with the exception of the Medical School)
Maintaining the security and confidentiality of student records is one of our highest priorities.
We also:
- produce the Class Schedule
- conduct registration
- process requests for change of major
- coordinate BACHE enrollments.
