Free Food For Thought Discussion Series

Free Food for Thought is a series of open-mic forums in which students, faculty, and staff come together to discuss a wide range of issues that are of importance to society today. Free Food for Thought also promotes vaious diversity topics and discusses a wide range of issues including: Should Same Sex Marriages Be Legalized? Does Religion Belong in Public Schools? Should Cloning Be Legalized? Should Special Accommodations Be Made for Obese People?

With the variety of cultures, lifestyles, and personalities at UAB, learning from one another helps us to better understand each other. Free Food For Thought is designed to nourish your mind, as well as your stomach, by providing both good food and good dialogue.
