I can't take it any more

Do you feel yourself wanting it all to stop, feeling that you can't take it any more, thinking "Everyone would be better off without me"?

The first thing to remember is this: You are not alone. There are people who can help you, who know exactly what it feels like because they've been there themselves.

You can call 911 or 1-800-SUICIDE at any time, day or night. Don't feel that you're wasting their time, that there's someone more needy than you. They're there for you, and people like you. If you're even thinking about suicide, they want to talk to you.
You don't need to tell them who you are if you don't want to.

If you don't want to talk to a stranger, do you have a trusted friend or family member? Speak to them. You can say something as simple as "I need help. I can't keep going any more."
