When you register for classes, you make a commitment to pay tuition and fees. But UAB gives you flexibility on when to pay and how to pay.
When to Pay
Student account payment deadlines are available on the Academic Calendar for each term. Fifty percent of your total student account must be paid by the first payment deadline and the entire account balance must be paid in full by the second payment deadline. Failure to meet the listed payment deadlines will result in late fees ranging from $50.00 on the first deadline up to $250.00 on the second deadline.
