Off-the-green injuries associated with golf carts are rising and safety measures are needed, says Gerald McGwin, Ph.D., associate director for research for UAB’s Center for Injury Sciences, in the June issue of the Journal of Trauma: Injury, Infection and Critical Care.

Fractures and head trauma are among the most common injuries and the highest injury rates among males 10-19 years old and those over 80. Hear his explanation and recommendations.
