Vicky Johns, Supervisor- Clinic Billing & Operations, has been selected as the October 2009 UAB Department of Psychiatry Employee of the Month. Vicky was nominated for her exemplary effort. This includes taking on the responsibility for two clinics and addressing areas for improvement in a remarkable and efficient manner. Vicky is always willing to go the extra mile and the concern for staff is exemplified through the outstanding results from the recent HSF employee survey. The CPM clinic was in the 90th percentile, which was 20 points higher than the health system average.
