The Office of the Provost and the Office of the Vice President for Financial Affairs and Administration are pleased to introduce new guidelines for grant and contract close-out effective February 1, 2009. The guidelines are the result of a University-wide effort led by the Grants and Contracts Close-out Task Force charged by Associate Vice President for Financial Affairs Trish Raczynski and Associate Provost for Administration and Finance Harlan Sands. These guidelines are designed to improve our ability to meet sponsor financial reporting requirements, enhance collection efforts on delinquent accounts, and make it easier for researchers and staff to administer sponsored research awards.
