  • Demonstrate the ability to independently and/or collaboratively apply the problem-solving process in a variety of settings to facilitate client's adaptation to multiple and/or complex environmental variables for the purpose of achieving maximum health.
  • Engage in critical inquiry and incorporate patient data into the practice of professional nursing.
  • Collaborate with clients, health care providers, and members of the general public to promote the achievement of health care goals.
  • Use leadership and managerial skills to provide quality nursing care in a variety of settings.
  • Engage in professional role behaviors that serve to improve nursing and health care delivery systems, and meet the changing needs of society.
  • Incorporate professional, ethical, legal, and institutional standards into nursing practice.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for own and selected others' nursing practice decisions, interventions, and outcomes.
