We are all aware of the decreasing supply of primary care physicians, nurses and other health care professionals. The coming retirement of the baby-boom generation will only magnify the problems we are already beginning to see.
Please join us Friday, April 3rd for a seminar by Edward O'Neil, Ph.D., MPA as he discusses his research into new models for the delivery of primary care. Dr. O'Neil is Professor, in the Department of Family and Community Medicine and Dental Public Health, and Director of the Center for the Health Professions at the University of California - San Francisco Medical Center.
Dr. O'Neil's research has focused on changing practice paradigms in nursing, in medical education, in dentistry, in veterinary medicine, and in academic health centers. His current efforts focus on integrating primary care.
