Ms. Pennie Bosarge MSN, WHNP-BC, FAANP, Instructor Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Option was inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (FAANP). The induction was held in Washington DC at the national meeting of the academy, Sunday, June 30, 2008. The FAANP program recognizes nurse practitioner leaders who have made outstanding contributions to healthcare and the promotion of the Nurse Practitioner role. These significant contributions are made through clinical practice, education, research and policy.
Ms. Bosarge is the only faculty member who is a nurse practitioner from Alabama to be inducted into the fellowship.
