All UAB members (faculty, staff, students, and postdoctoral scholars) must comply with the federal and state laws and regulations applicable to any research programs; therefore, as a requirement of your employment in the School of Nursing here at the UAB, please read the attachment and complete the review process by:
· Logging onto the main UAB website at www.uab.edu
· Under the RESEARCH (right side of web page) click on Compliance.
· Click on Research Code of Conduct (left side panel).
· Read the page.
· Click on the statement/link on the bottom of the page.
· Place a checkmark next to the appropriate statement(s) to indicate your agreement.
· Enter your Blazer ID (all lower case) and password to confirm that you read the material and click the SUBMIT button.
· An Acknowledgement Page will appear stating your completion of the course.
· If you are a new employee, please notify Ms. Karen Buckner at bucknerk@uab.edu that you have completed the training.
· If you are a student, please notify Ms. Debra Craig at dsrich@uab.edu that you have completed the training.
