Why does my mailbox say it is full even though I have deleted all of the messages?

Article Body: You also have a deleted box similar to the deleted box on your E-mail. This allows you to go back within a certain time period and retrieve a message that was accidently deleted. These messages also count against the maximum number of messages you have in your mailbox and should be manually deleted by selecting "5", "Manage Personal Options" on the main menu, then selecting "7", " Manage Deleted Items" and follow the prompts. The original settings on the deleted box allowed messages to remain in that box for 30 days before being automatically deleted. We are changing that parameter to a maximum age of 7 days before deletion to avoid exceeding the maximum number of messages.
