If your service is paid by UAB Account number then your service is managed by UAB Telecommunications Services. Because UAB is paying for your service, any changes to your billing must be handled by UAB Telecommunications, not BellSouth. If you know your password and want to change it, you may do so from your BellSouth account management page. If you have forgotten your password, you must contact UAB Telecommunications Services to request a password reset.
