You need to update the forwarding email account for your UAB email address.
- go to www.uab.edu/blazerid
- click on the Change E-mail Preferences in the left-hand navigation
- click on the UAB Electronic Phonebook text link in the first sentence
- click the Change Information button along the top above the search box
- enter your BlazerID & password, click Login
- your record will display - locate the Real, host-based e-mail address box
- enter your forwarding email account in the Real, host-based e-mail address box
- scroll to the bottom and click the Change! button
- the Real, host-based e-mail address box will turn red to acknowledge the change
- verify the new forwarding email address one last time
- click the End Session button at the top of the screen
- you will receive a test message to confirm the forwarding is working
