User Services may ask you to send us your email headers in order to solve one of the following problems with your email:
- You are having some kind of trouble with email delivery.
- You want to lodge a formal complaint about an email message you received.
SOLUTION:
| Open the message
Locate and click the button labeled BLAH,BLAH,BLAH
Start a new email message; copy and paste the headers into the message
Send the message to AskIT@uab.edu
