When you do receive these emails, just delete them since they are spam. They are built to phish your Social Security number and other information from you to steal your identity.
You will also occasionally receive emails for companies that you use asking for your username and password or other information. This is spam as well and should be deleted immediately. No reputable company will ask for your information.
