UAB Information Technology (UAB IT) recognizes National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM) annually to increase awareness and prevention of online security problems. NCSAM is spearheaded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the National Cyber Security Alliance.
UAB IT will be hosting a cyber security workshop on October 20th. Representatives from Georgia State, the National Computer Forensics Institute (NCFI), the UAB Health System Information Office and the UAB IT Security Office will be speaking.
