UAB IT acquires campus-wide license for EndNote softwareUAB IT is pleased to announce the acquisition of an academic campus-wide (excludes Health System) license for Thomson-Reuters EndNote software. The bibliography software is available at no cost to all faculty, staff and students (academic campus only - excludes Health System) for installation on UAB-owned and home systems. Email upgradeOn December 17 ,2011 after Commencement, UAB IT will begin an email upgrade process designed to enhance experience with the service. This process will involve a one-time adjustment to all mailboxes. Based on the number of mailboxes and volume of email involved, the changes will be implemented over a 4-6 week period. The changes will be scheduled to take place between the hours of 7pm and 7am nightly, Monday to Friday as well as anytime on Saturday or Sunday. During the period between December 17 and the upgrade of your mailbox, it will be necessary to use our web-based email client which you can access here: https://mail.ad.uab.edu.
