Vendor Policy
As of August 1, 2009 all Healthcare Industry Representatives (HCIR) (Clinical and Non Clinical) are required to register and complete the HCIR approval UAB Health System Interdisciplinary Standard: Healthcare Industry Representative (Vendor) process with Status Blue at www.status-blue.com prior to conducting business at any UAB Health System entity including UAB Hospital, Callahan Eye Foundation Hospital, UAB Highlands, and The Kirklin Clinic and all other HSF clinics.
