Many services offered by UAB to students can be accessed on the World Wide Web. UAB offers students e-mail accounts, file storage space, and Web hosting services. UAB computer labs are located within various academic buildings. UAB also has a computer center called ETS-Educational Technology Services, the media center for Sterne Library, which is located in the Education Building across from Sterne Library. Computer labs and ETS are open to all UAB students. ETS offers computer workstations, software applications, email and Internet access, as well as laser printers. You must have a BlazerID and password to use these machines and a Sterne Library Venda Card to print. ETS is located in Room 238 of the Education Building (934-3379).
