Never live in a dorm again!! UAB offers only apartment-style residences that offer a sense of community, convenience, and safety. That means you will never share a bathroom with more than one other person. With one, two and four bedroom apartments available, you may choose the living environment that best suits your needs. Save time and money while avoiding the commute to campus and the chaos of finding a convenient parking space.
Living on campus provides instant connections to other graduate students at UAB. Each residence hall provides accommodations geared toward the needs of graduate students. In all buildings, graduate students are assigned only with other graduate and professional student roommates.
Denman Hall houses a majority of graduate and married students. In Camp Hall and Rast Hall, there is a designated floor or wing specifically for graduate/professional students. Children are not allowed to live in campus housing. If you are interested in learning more about Camp, Denman or Rast Halls, contact the Office of Student Housing and Residential Life at 205-934-2092.
Blount Hall houses upperclassmen and graduate students. With 2 and 4 bedroom units, you can choose your desired level of privacy. If you are interested in learning more about Blount Hall, contact the Office of Student Housing and Residential Life at 205-934-6228.
