Wyndall A. Ivey specializes in labor and employment litigation. He earned his bachelor of science degree in marketing, magna cum laude, from UAB in 1996, where he also served as president of the Student Government Association. Ivey was admitted to the Alabama Bar in1999, after receiving his juris doctorate from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1999. While at Washington & Lee, Ivey served as editor-in-chief of the Race and Ethnic Ancestry Law Journal, was a member of the Moot Court Board and was the recipient of the Dean Randall P. Bezanson Award. He has tried cases in federal and state courts and before state administrative bodies. He also has served as counsel to the Alabama House of Representatives Public Safety Committee. |
