Mark B. Rosenberg, Ph.D., is the Distinguished Visiting Research Professor in the Department of Leadership, Policy and Organizations of the Peabody College at Vanderbilt University and former chancellor for the Board of Governors of the State University System of Florida. Prior to his appointment as chancellor, Rosenberg provided energetic leadership at Florida International University as provost and executive vice president for academic affairs. Rosenberg received his bachelor of arts in 1971 from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He received his Ph.D. in political science and a graduate certificate in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in 1976. |
