Warren Martin, Ph.D., a member of the UAB School of Business faculty, is chair of the UAB Faculty Senate. Martin was the founding chair of the Department of Marketing (now Department of Marketing and Industrial Distribution) in the UAB School of Business. In that capacity, he started the Industrial Distribution Program, a joint program of the School of Engineering and the School of Business. He previously taught at the University of Texas at Austin, the University of Texas at Dallas, Purdue University, the University of Georgia and Iowa State University. Martin earned his bachelor's of business administration in accounting from Southern Methodist University and his MBA in statistics and Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. |
