Payment information
- Payments must be made at the first class.
- We accept cashier and personal checks, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We do not accept American Express or cash.
- Reduction in enrollment fees are possible based on financial need. If you feel you may qualify, please contact the EatRight office at (205) 934-7053 to determine eligibility.
Refund Policy
- The first third of the enrollment fee is not refundable after materials are received and the first class attended.
- If withdrawal from the class becomes necessary, refunds of the remaining payments will be decided on an individual basis.
Family Members
- Family participation is encouraged.
- Family member may attend the class with you for $200 per person.
- Family members must complete the application process and provide the required releases if weight loss is intended.
