The Personal Fitness program is a personal training program in which participants workout with a certified personal trainer from the EatRight staff. Personal trainers will work with each individual to create a personalized plan that is adapted to your fitness level and individual goals. All areas of fitness, including cardiovascular, strength and flexibility will be addressed.
