Have you ever wondered why you burned 500 calories on the treadmill everyday last week and still gained 2 pounds?Developed using research conducted at UAB, SenseWear® is a combination of an armband, wristwatch display, and software that allow you to track how many calories you burn minute by minute.

EatRight Personal Fitness

The Personal fitness program is a personal training program in which participants workout with a certified personal trainer from the EatRight staff.
