For prospective UAB students, our search tool makes it easy to find the right online classes for you. Current students can take advantage of the Student Resources tab on BlazerNET to find online classes.
Prospective Students
- Select Class Search Tool from the left side menu..
- Select the Term you would like to search and click UAB Online/Distance Class Search.
- Select the subject you are looking for and click UAB Online/Distance Class Search. If you would like to see all online offerings, select "ALL" from the menu.
- Carefully review course comments and requirements; some classes can be completed entirely online, while others may require one or more visits to campus.

Current Students
- Select BlazerNet in the left side menu and login
- Select the Student Resources Tab.
- In the Registration Tools Channel Select the Look Up Distance Learning Classes link.
- Select the Term you would like to search and click UAB Online/Distance Class Search.
- Select the subject you are looking for and click UAB Online/Distance Class Search. If you would like to see all online offerings, select "ALL" from the menu.
- Carefully review course comments and requirements; some classes can be completed entirely online, while others may require one or more visits to campus.
- If you see a course you are interested in registering select the box and Register for the Course.
- You can continue searching for distance courses or select the link at the bottom of the page to look for courses offered on campus.
You can follow regular registration procedures to register for your chosen online classes with the rest of your classes.
