Dr. V completed a medical internship at Brown University followed by a Neurology residency at Loyola University-Chicago. He completed his Neuro-Ophthalmology fellowship at Michigan State University. He is now the Chief of the Neuro-Ophthalmology and Electrophysiology Services at UAB, where he is also a Professor. He assists in resident education in addition to evaluating and treating patients with visual dysfunction referable to the central nervous system.
